Kelsey is an artist who writes about both personal experiences and the stories of others. Kelsey’s sound could be described as romantic, alternative rock, edging on alt-pop, with notes of the passion that comes with the blues.

Having released a single that went to number one in the Irish Alternative chart, ‘I’m Not Alone’, in July 2020, she hopes to follow suit in this success. She has previously been an opening act for Irish acts such as Mundy, Aslan, Brian Kennedy and The Frank & Walters. Kelsey has had a love for music since she could talk, early influences being pop and rock acts from the 70’s to 00’s. Having been given her first guitar at the age of eleven, she only picked it up the day she first heard one of her biggest influencers still, Paolo Nutini, and has not put it down since. Other influences include Amy Winehouse, Nancy Sinatra, David Bowie and Lana Del Rey, to name but a few. Kelsey is currently recording material whilst at home in Cork. She is recording music written from 2017 to current day. She is also in the midst of working to promote her next release.
