We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen tonight.
When I was growing up around Castlebar Van Halen we’re a big deal in the Hoban household. He was a wonderful guitarist that inspired a whole new generation of musicians including Guns ‘n’ Roses guitarist Slash. May he rest in peace.
