When speaking in a recent interview with Aine she says,

The pair loving working together and there Is always a certain magic created when they enter the studio.

‘We wrote the song last year when we were commissioned by creative Bandon to perform on Brigid’s day. We recorded the song in wavefield studios , clonakilty with Brian Casey and had the incredible Aisling Irwin on harp and I arranged strings to create a lush, dreamy soundscape’

Me and Victoria have been  playing together for 13 years and have released music together and as solo artists. We met as mature students in the ucc music department in UCC and instantly connected both in a personal and creative way.

We love singing and harmonising with each other and can’t wait to perform together on the 3rd of February in UCC as part of the fuaim lunchtime concert series.

Victoria has toured and recorded extensively with Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott and has carved a name for herself as a solo artist also, 4 of her songs being playlisted to rte radio one’s recommends list.

Christy Moore said if our last collaboration  The Poor Ground  “beautiful… terrible… the beauty holds me there as the horror unfolds….a tour de force”.
