West Coast of Ireland’s BURY ME WITH MY MONEY recently played a show at The Ruby Room in Castlebar that is still talked about to this day.
BURY ME WITH MY MONEY have being plugging away at doing various shows over the past number of months especially playing a number of high octane shows on the West Coast of Ireland.
And so here we are, fast forward few months down the road and BMWMM release their first official release of 2023 with a track called ‘POWER OF FLIGHT’.
The thing I have always noticed about BMWMM is the quality of the band’s single releases over the years and how the band continue this trend and consistently prove this on ‘POWER OF FLIGHT’

The single has a bass line that The Cure would be proud of. This is yet another single and the bass echoes a wound, while the guitars capture our attention converging into a funerary vortex of sadness, for nothing lasts forever.
Once more, BURY ME WITH MY MONEY prove they are a forced to be reckoned with.
Whether the masses of Irish music fans discover them or not is probably irrelevant because this band just want to continue making great music.
One thing is for certain, if the band continue to make and release music of this calibre it will be only time before they begin to make a name for themselves further afield.
