Track Of The Day: Cork songwriter Cormac O Caoimh deals with themes of Autism, Parenthood and Love on new single

Cormac O Caoimh  continues to fascinate us with his songwriting. On new track ‘There is A World’ Cormac often feels like he is summoning Conor O’Brien of Villagers fame especially with his riveting vocals and sound! Remember O’Brien himself is creatively known as one of the best and most talented songwriters in Ireland. 

It is not something we expected on first listen of ‘There is A World’, but there you go! 

Track of the Day: Cork singer songwriter Cormac O Caoimh gives us a hint of what’s to be expected from his brand new album set for release in October on new single ‘There is a World’

When speaking with O Caoimh he tells us that his new song “There Is A World” is an Unusually (for me) is an attempt at writing a joyful and uplifting song (in sometimes difficult circumstances) when it comes to parenting.

There is A World” is a song full of hope and positivity. That there is hope here , and that we are not alone in this world. 

You will be able to catch Cormac Live when he will be performing live at The Cork Folk Festival with Martin Leahy on September 29th at the popular Coughlan’s venue
