Track of the Day: Faoi Bhláth reaches new heights on recent track ‘Witches’

The brand new track from Faoi Bhláth is catchy little number with throwback to hints of indie shogaze.

The track is called “Witches” and it is the first track to be lifted off her upcoming new EP ‘Hymnus’ which is due for release in the next couple of  weeks.

Her debut EP, Hymnus, explores femininity and Irishness, violence and innocence, power and faith.

Track of the Day: Faoi Bhláth is an alternative-pop artist based in Cork, Ireland. She has just released her brand new singed ‘Witches’

 Her debut album Hymnus was recorded and produced by Brian Casey (Wavefield Recordings), with drums played by Brendan Fennessy (Raja Baal, formerly O Emperor). Hymnus is set for release in the coming weeks.

She explains that she is intrigued and excited by the possibilities and freedom involved with disconnecting her creative output from her personal self and is looking forward to the release of her debut EP. Watch this space
